The thermal sensor is attached to the heater and transmits the measured temperature to the control electronics. If the device takes longer than usual to heat up, the temperatures on the thermoblock are no longer correct or the heating resistor on the thermoblock has burned out, then this sensor is often defective. The connecting cable is about 39 cm long.
