The safety wire is located on the thermoblock of your Jura coffee machine. Should the flow heater overheat, this fuse will blow at approximately 192°C to interrupt the power supply to the thermoblock. If the safety wire is defective, the cause of the overheating should always be investigated (e.g., electronics or thermostats). The wire has a total length of approximately 470 mm.
